ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All Final Third Labs purchases are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Before completing your purchase, please review the product description, available colors, dimensions and Size Guide carefully. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Choosing the wrong size or color.

  • Changes of mind.

  • Fit, coverage or comfort preferences.

  • Ordering the wrong product or quantity.

  • Products that have been worn or used.

  • Discounted or promotional purchases.

  • Domestic or international orders.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact Final Third Labs through our Contact page as soon as possible after delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the problem.

  • Clear photographs of the product.

  • Photographs of the packaging and shipping label when relevant.

These reports are considered order-fulfillment issues, not voluntary returns or exchanges. Final Third Labs will review the information provided, verify the issue and address the claim in accordance with applicable law.

Submitting a report does not guarantee a specific outcome.

DO NOT RETURN PRODUCTS

Do not ship any product back to Final Third Labs.

We do not accept unauthorized returns, and any shipping charges incurred without prior written instructions will not be reimbursed.

DAMAGE AFTER DELIVERY

Damage caused after delivery by normal wear, misuse, improper care, accidents, unauthorized alterations or use inconsistent with the product’s intended purpose is not considered a shipping or order-fulfillment issue.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. Once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee that it can be changed or canceled.

After an order has entered processing or been transferred to the carrier, it cannot be canceled.

REFUNDS REQUIRED BY LAW

If a refund is issued where required by applicable law, it will be sent to the original payment method. The time required for the credit to appear depends on the customer’s bank or payment provider.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer right that cannot legally be waived or excluded.
